Paid plans are billed monthly through JCC. You can manage your billing, update payment methods, and view invoices from your seller dashboard. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
You can cancel at any time from your seller dashboard under Subscription → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your plan until then, and you will not be charged again. Past charges are non-refundable. The Starter plan is free and has no cancellation steps.
No. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including unused days of the current monthly period. When you upgrade to a higher plan, we automatically apply a prorated credit for the unused days of your current plan against your first charge on the new plan. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support within 30 days and we will review it.
