Is the Starter plan really free?

Yes. The Starter plan gives you full access to the platform including AI product upload and the seller dashboard at no cost. You only need to choose a paid plan after you receive your first order.

What if I need more storage?

You can add additional storage to any plan from €25/TB per month without changing your plan. Growth includes 100 GB and Pro includes 500 GB to start.

Are there any commissions on sales?

No. All plans have 0% commission. You keep your full margin on every sale.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your seller dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What are tokens used for?

Tokens power AI features like product upload automation, session analysis, and smart recommendations. Tokens are not bundled with any plan — you purchase them separately from your seller dashboard whenever you need them, and they never expire.

How does billing work?

Paid plans are billed monthly through JCC. You can manage your billing, update payment methods, and view invoices from your seller dashboard. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time from your seller dashboard under Subscription → Manage Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access to your plan until then, and you will not be charged again. Past charges are non-refundable. The Starter plan is free and has no cancellation steps.

Do you offer refunds?

No. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including unused days of the current monthly period. When you upgrade to a higher plan, we automatically apply a prorated credit for the unused days of your current plan against your first charge on the new plan. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support within 30 days and we will review it.
